If you’re sick of living in the shadow of your mountainous credit card debt, I have something you want. It’s the secret to getting out of, and STAYING out of debt, it works every time…
And you probably won’t listen to me because you’re lazy! But if you’re not, read on.
See, the problem with most people is that they live completely beyond their own means, and when it comes around to bite them in the backside, they maintain course as if nothing happened. Over the years, they come to realize the mistake they made, but it’s too late.
Hundreds, thousands, TENS of thousands of dollars owed to various credit card companies, each tacking on their own monthly interest fee, sucking away at any future earnings.
Does this sound like you?
I’ve been there. A few years back I had over $20,000 in debt across 5 credit cards. I hadn’t made a minimum payment in almost 2 years. My credit score was as low as low gets! The worst part is that I KNEW it would only get worse unless I changed something, anything, fast.
My fiance at the time could feel the tension my debts were creating. Things were getting worse, we fought often, always about money. It eventually got to the point where the intimacy completely left our relationship.
One day, she sat me down with all of our bills, and gave me the ultimatum – do something now, or she walked.
I’ll save you the sappy talk about how much I care for her and why I took on her challenge. All that matters is that I did. But here’s the best part! Something most people won’t tell you… ready?
It was easy! REALLY easy.
So why do most people sit in their debt until they die of old age? The same reason everyone else fails at anything else. They don’t even TRY to fix things! Sure, they might have the intention or desire to fix their debt problems, but when it comes to taking that first step, they seize up and turn away…
But that’s them.
YOU, on the other hand, have more willpower than that. If someone would just give you the proper information and resources for you to correct your credit card debts, you’d be on your way to financial freedom today!
You’re in luck. It just so happens that I have that information, and I’m a nice guy. I think everyone deserves a fighting chance against the vicious monster that is ‘debt’, so I’ll be outlining for you, right here and step by step, how to become debt-free.
Credit Card Debt Reduction in Five Easy Steps
1. First and foremost, you need to know your credit score. This will give you an idea of exactly where you stand and how you’ll move forward. Get this done first, as other steps rely on having an up to date score handy.
When I was searching for places to check my credit score for free, I started getting some pretty whacky results, turns out a lot of these sites use their own inaccurate formulas to serve you a fake credit score number. This is useless to you! I recommend checking out FreeScore360, it’s who I used. Smooth, quick process.
2. Starting collecting all your bills together. Make one master list of all of the sums you owe. Put this some place you can see it EVERY day. Don’t be afraid of your debt, embrace and defeat it!
3. Just in case it isn’t glaringly obvious: STOP using your credit card. Cash and debit are your methods of payment from now on.
The solution is to just do it. Make a plan, execute and reap the benefits! Follow these steps and you’ll be out of debt before you know it, saving and enjoying your hard earned money like you were intended.
